Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place indoors at Harborside Chapel. Cocktail hour will be held on the rooftop at The Birchwood, followed by the reception in the indoor ballroom.
Is there a dress code?
We kindly request black tie attire for our wedding. Tuxedos and formal gowns are welcome and encouraged, but a dark suit and tie or a cocktail dress are perfectly appropriate. Dress to feel your best for a special evening!
Can I bring a date/plus one?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Am I allowed to bring my children to the reception?
As much as we love your little ones, this celebration is an adults only affair. — think rooftop cocktails & late-night dancing. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Is there parking available near your wedding venues?
Yes, there is parking at both venues.
The chapel has its own parking lot available and free for guests. For the reception at The Birchwood, valet parking will be available, and there is also on-street metered parking nearby. That said, Uber or other rideshare services are a great option, especially if you plan to enjoy the evening without worrying about parking or driving.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
There will be a short break between the ceremony and reception. You're welcome to head to the rooftop early to enjoy the beautiful views of St. Petersburg. Both the open bar and appetizers will begin at 6:30 PM, accompanied by live saxophone music—come relax and ease into the evening with us!
Will there be an after party?
For anyone who wants to keep the celebration going, we'll be heading to the Birchwood Rooftop after 12AM. Totally optional—no pressure at all! Just come by if you're up for a nightcap and some extra fun.
